Chocophilia Fleur de Sel Bar
Salt has the magical power to enhance flavors. Kerstin tried many types of salt in different amounts with many different chocolates, and after hundreds of failures, she found the perfect recipe. A small amount of Maldon sea salt enhances the flavor of this dark milk chocolate, and has converted many people to sweet/savory pleasures of chocolate with salt.
