Bank certification ensures that all payment and financial systems have been rigorously scrutinized for accuracy and reliability and that the proper training and support mechanisms are in place. We feel very confident that the systems operating under Beanstream's control are very secure, and therefore your personal information is also very secure.


2. What methods of payement do you accept.
   
   We accept Visa, Matercard and Amex. We also accept Interac using Interac Online. If you would like to try this secure method of payment, please choose "Interac" as your method of payment when you check out.


3. Where do you ship to? Do you ship outside of Canada?
   
   We are able to ship our chocolate anywhere in Canada. We only accept Canadian dollars at this web store. We are not currently able to ship outside of Canada, but hope to be able to offer international shipping in the near future.


4. What company do you use to ship your chocolate?
   
   We use Canada Post (Expedited Delivery). This is the most cost-effective way to ship our products all over Canada. All of our shipments come with a tracking number, and you will be notified with an e-mail from Canada Post when you order ships and when it arrives.
   


5. How much does shipping usually cost?
   
   Our web site automatically calculates the correct cost for shipping based on your postal code as well as the size and weight of your order. When you click on the "Checkout" button, and confirm your shipping address, you will see the shipping options and their costs. For most orders, the cost of shipping using Expedited Service will be between $6 and $15.


6. Can I check on the status of my order?
